Pricing questions
- Is the retainer capped?
Yes. Every plan has a monthly hour ceiling, and we stop rather than silently overrun it.
- Can we pause?
For up to two months, once per year, keeping your rate. Longer than that and we re-quote at current rates.
- Do you do fixed-price projects?
For discovery, yes. For delivery, no — fixed price on an unknown scope just moves the risk into the change requests.
- What is included in support?
Business-hours response on anything we built, for twelve months after handover, at no extra cost.
